The miracle morning

I have discover one thing when I began to change my habit and try new thing.
These are the extraordinary changes that can be experienced by setting up a morning routine.
There is a book " the miracle morning " written by Hal Elrod, that I advise you to read.
But for the laziest , I'll try to explain my way of doing this.
The first thing I think is to have a good rhythm of life (obviously). We need to go to sleep , wake up and eat at the same hour everyday. By doing that, we are more balanced in our body and mind because our bio-chemichal cycles related to our hormones are more stable and have less peaks.
Let's go back on the morning routine. So, If I talk about this it's because it's easier to change step by step our habits beginning with those we do the morning.
Another important thing is that we all have a reserve of motivation and energy that we use during the day and that we reload the night. And the reserve is full at the morning, so it's easier to do the things that asks us the most motivation and energy. Moreover, with training we can make better use of our reserves (motivation is like a muscle that can be train).
Therefore, this is my morning routine. Everyday I wake up at 7:30 am and I stay in bed for few minutes where I become aware of where I am and I express my gratitude for my life and for this day (obviously I don't check my phone, actually the best thing to do is to use your phone only after you did your morning routine, like this you're not distracted by it and you're more in the "reality" and the present).
Then I do some yoga exercises with music for 30 to 60 minutes, it depend of the day or of the time I have.
But it's really important to do some exercises after being awake, you'll wake up faster and you'll have more energy to start the day.
After yoga I take a cold shower (take a cold shower is really nice for your body, because it stimulates your immune system. Even if it's only 5 min). Then, I meditate for 20 to 30 min with or without music it depends on my mood (In next posts I'll give you some advises to begin in yoga and meditation or any kind of new habit you want to implement).
After that, I take a good breakfast with fruits, tea and some peanut butter on corn cakes.
And that's it, I'm ready to enjoy my day :). However, this morning routine works very well for me but you must find your own routine by trying and adjusting the things which works for you.
I'll talk about the evening routine in an another post. Remember you that whatever you do, try to make it a ritual and appreciate what you do !
Have a good day ! Namaste !
