New habit for a new life

Today I want to tell you how you can introduce new good habits and stop the bad ones.
Before I wanted that you know that everything I share with you on this website, I have learned it on Internet reading articles, watching videos, reading books and magazines.
So it's my own experience of life and my way of understanding all this informations.
Moreover I think that, as we are more than 7.6 billion peoples on the earth, there is more than 7.6 billion of different worlds and realities. That's what makes everything interesting because we can share our point of view, learn how each other apprehends the world and thereby adjust our knowledge of the world.
Anyway, I'll try to share the most things which could help you to have a better lifestyle to appreciate more your life.
One of the first thing you must do is to become aware of your good and bad habits, list them on a paper to clarify for yourself what actions you want to improve, change or stop.
Then, you must start by small things that doesn't ask you too much energy. It's one of the key, change step by step and see on long run. For example, it's a good thing to wake up rather early. So you can put your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier (and when you're used 30 minutes earlier, etc.. You'll do so much more thing in a day and being productive will increase your motivation day by day. Therefore, everything will be increase, your confidence, your well-being and it's exponential.
Same if you want to begin a physic activity like yoga or running, begin with 5 or 10 minutes of practice each day or 3 days a week. And step by step increase the time of practice and the number of times.
Actually, it's the same for every kind of activity (like meditation) that you want to become one of your habit.
However, how to start a new activity if you don't know anything about it ?
In our time, it's so simple to find all the information we need !
You can easily find somebody who inspires you and who could teach you any kind of subject you want to learn. And if you don't find anyone, you can ask me and I'll recommend you some youtube channel or blog where I found lot of informations.
I think you've got the information to begin in a good way ! Of course I'll share more advise on more subject in an other post. I'm waiting for your comment and your experience too !
