Namaste everyone ! I must apologize for the few days without post, I wanted to write something last week but I was sick. Now I feel really better and I wanted to make a video to share with you my trek on the Rinjani mount and my travel to Indonesia but it's the first time I try and moreover my computer is under Linux which does not make it easy. So, it will take a little more time than I thought.
No matter, I'll do my best to do it and share it the fastest I can.
Waiting for the video, I wanted to talk about our chakras. I think we must take care of all our bodies.
Not only of our physic body but also of our etheric, emotional, mental, astral, buddhist and atmic body (I'll come back later in details on every body, chakra and their relationship between each of them).
For simplicity, each body is connected to a chakra and each chakra is connected to a lot of different things that can influence it. For example, the first one ; the root chakra or Muladhara in Sanskrit is related to the physic body, the mantra "LAM", the red color and many others symbols.
In the next days, I will talk about each chakra in details as well as the various ways that we have to open them.
One of the first thing that I recommend to do, if you are new to the energy field or if you don't feel well in your body or your mind, is to do a reiki session with someone inspiring you trust (before going to see a doctor who will give you medicine). Like that you'll learn the relation between your health, your chakra and your way of life. It's really interesting you must try at least one time.
In writing this post, there is a book that comes to mind. It does not really speak of energy but it but in relation our psychological problems and our pains. If you're interested, the name of the book is : " Dis moi ou tu as mal, je te dirai pourquoi " written by Michel Odoul (it's a french book but I'm sure you can find it in english).
That's all for today ! I hope you'll appreciate this post. I've got lot of informations to share in this domain but it's a little bit to much for one post.
See you soon and have a good day !
